Why Radaph & Co.?
Radaph (רָדַף)
Origin: Hebrew
Definition: To pursue, follow after, or chase after
This is the word that's used in the Bible to describe how God follows after us, its a physical act, he pursues and chases after us. It's the same word I hope will be used to describe me, in my pursuit of Christ, my family and my dreams.
about us
Hi! I'm Tanya, I've always had trouble with those assignments where you have to describe yourself, so here goes nothing.
I was born in India, and moved to Thailand when I was four till I left for college, which basically means I'm all sorts of Asian and suffer from traditional TCK (Third Culture Kid) issues. I answer the "where are you from?" question differently every time I'm asked. Multiple personality disorder you say? Don't worry I already read the DSM book while I was studying Social Work and the only thing I could confidently diagnose myself with, was being a generally weird person.
I met my best friend, Austin, my senior year of college, we dated long distance for a while, he flew to Thailand to propose to me on a mountain, and we've been married for almost four years! He's my steady, and I'm his wild. We live in a little brick ranch in Royal Oak and do our best to do this life with kindness and as much love as we can muster.
